Good Service
I ordered this kit. I had tests done using another at home kit and they recommended a repeat in 3 months, so I decided to use Randox as more reasonably priced. Upon receipt, I opened and checked the instructions and made sure I knew what to do. I had one query so contacted via webchat ok Randox website and received a very helpful reply.Test is very straight forward to do - it took 14 drops of blood (including wiping away the first). I registered the kit as per the instructions and received confirmation via email registration had been successful. I noted down the tracking number from the return envelope provided so I could track via Royal Mail.I took to my delivery office to post. Item was delivered the following morning which I confirmed via tracking - I didn't receive an email from Randox to confirm receipt.I received the results on a Sunday evening via an email with an attachment which was password protected. The results contained reference ranges next to each blood marker that was checked.I'll now be going to my GP with this information and the other test results. This is my second kit with Randox (other was Thyroid) and I've experienced no issues when following their instructions and doing due diligence (fully following instructions, noting tracking and reference numbers etc).

Waste of money
I ended up buying two of these. The first time I tried to take a sample it failed as it was extremely difficult to get a full sample. I hate the lancets. They weren't very effective (yes, I read and followed the instructions) and the lancet only had a one time use. You get 3 opportunities (that's if you get 3 functioning lancets - I did not on the second order). If you haven't got a full sample by the end, well then you've just wasted your money. I tried all the recommended things to keep the blood flowing as adviced by the instructions but it just wasn't enough. The first sample I was only short a couple more drops but I didn't have any more sterile lancets to use. Though, okay I'll give it one more try. The second sample was even worse thanks to a lack of working lancets. It's also important to note that I don't have any circulation issues or anything like that. There isn't a refund option. At this point I've spent as much as it would've cost to go into a clinic to get a sample. The only difference is I've ended up wasting my money and have gained nothing in the process. Don't buy this. Just go to a decent clinic.

Read the instruction
I was initially discouraged by some comments around here, but got the test to do some investigation of my own as GP could not find the root cause of some complaints I've been having. It only took 10 mins to read properly the instructions, 15-20 mins to take the blood sample and then post it.Results arrived in 2 days via email on a password protected pdf. Results, like any other, show your score / number against a range which you can either take to your GP or do some further investigation by yourself.I think it's brilliant and would use it again. My advice is to properly read the instructions rather then flick through them.

Worth buying
It's worth doing. I don't like the lay out of thr results. however the results are now getting me monitored and more specific bloods on the nhs

Defective test kit . No refund is given .
Productive defective . It asks you to use a camber shell . There wasn’t one . Instead , there was an old fashioned tube to house the sample . So you have to improvise to ensure the tube sample remains up right whilst you extract your blood .Second issue : the URN code which is required to registered the sample , was not recognised making the whole test kit invalid .As it’s a health test kit , no refunds are given .Clearly their quality control on packing has gone out the window . The Help lines are useless (no weekend cover ) and in any event they redirect you to send an email . Poor .

Not worth the money
Process is ok, but their paperwork is not tailored to UK, making it hard to register pack. The process of drawing blood, leaves you bruised for 24 hours and big plaster they supply may cover that up. The results are not that helpful and your next step simply is to pay to book to speak to doctor if you don’t understand the results. There is a saying ‘ you pay for what you get’ this sums it up. Save your money.

Does exactly what it says
I found this test kit really easy to use, don’t be put off by other comments. Just make sure to thoroughly read the instructions and make sure to complete all the steps before taking the blood sample! Results came back very quickly and were easy to read. Recommend if you want a simple insight into your hormones

Inaccurate results
I had a prolactin level that was sky high so had it repeated at the GP which came back in the lower end of normal. I hope the other results were accurate. It was a quick service and easy to do at home.
