Excellent quality phone, no dents or visible scratched, bought this as a gift because the person doesn't want a brand new items. Very pleased with the purchase since I typically avoid buying preowned electronics after bad experiences, but this was a great buy and saved some money.

Bought it September and is still in top tier condition.No regrets

First off, I never write reviews, but after my recent experiences I thought this might help some others.Needed to replace an aging IPhone which was still working great, but a lot of apps needing newer IOS. So, not looking for the lastest/greatest, just a good update. Decided IPh 14+ was a good option.Here were my first 3 strikes :1) I purchased an “Excellent” OPEN BOX phone from Best Buy. It came in a box sealed with Geek Squad tape. When opened, the phone had tons of fingerprints all over it, front and back; not a great first impression. After going through the startup process I was greeted with a screen that informed me that the phone had remote management software installed on it. Basically unusable.2) I returned it and they replaced it with another “Excellent” OPEN BOX. Same thing – both phones had been previously owned by some company (now out of business) who had loaded remote management software on the phones. So… these are expensive, unusable bricks, and shame on BB/Geek Squad for selling these phones to the public.3) After that experience I decided to give Amazon a try and bought a phone supplied by WOOT, as I have had good experiences with other Woot purchases. The phone arrived in a beat up generic box with the inside packaging worse than the outside. On the positive side, the phone was cosmetically very good with no obvious scratches, etc. So, everything looked good until I checked the battery health. 81%. NOT GOOD. Yes, it meets the described spec of >80% for their “Excellent” condition, but will going to be into the Apple service condition in a couple of weeks. Returned to Amazon/Woot and waiting for refund.After reading a ton of reviews I decided to give it one more shot and get a “Premium” condition directly from Amazon.com. Most of the reviews of these phones were much better than all of the other vendors. They are definitely more expensive but come with a 365 day warranty vs 90 day and spec at >90% battery life. Phone arrived today. It was VERY nicely packaged in a SEALED shrink wrapped professional looking box. Opened the box and found a phone with what appeared to be the original Apple protective film still in place on the front and back. Battery was dead so after a quick charge I was able to check battery health…… 100% and 0 charge cycles. Basically this is a brand NEW, NEVER USED phone.I can’t say how impressed I was after three bad experiences. I saved a couple $hundred compared to BB or Apple and got a brand new phone ….. It’s all about the journey  !!!

This is the third phone I bought from amazon and I will say it is definitely the best! it came with 100% battery, no scratches, nothing wrong with the speaker, Face ID works perfect, and so does the cameras, it came with a charger not an apple charger but hey at least it came with a charger. If you are looking for a affordable good iPhone this seller is best one to trust with your money!

it is horrible and do not buy pleasei bought this one for visible carrier. it doesn't allow me to activate esim because cellular feature is grayed out.when i try to scan the qr code to activate, it kept saying no usable date found. i looked up the other forums if people have same issues and they found it comes from refurbished phone problems.it says it is tested and certified. however i do not believe it is tested. cellular feature for esim is not working which is useless. and i am returning

Great buying experience. I was hesitant with other sites to buy a reused phone. Many reviews of people paying for mint condition phones and receiving less than. I found the iPhone 14 Plus on Amazon and it was ensured to be a premium condition phone and I received just that! Not a single scratch and the phone works perfectly. It was easy to set up, easy to use, screen and phone was in perfect condition and even better camera cause as a sahm I take many pictures of the kids. I got a brand new phone for half the price and you can’t beat that!! Will definitely be using Amazon again for any future phone purchases!
