These are genius. After episiotomy stitches these cold pads were the only reason I could sit comfortably! They are not very absorbent so I suggest only wearing for 20-30 mins when they are at their coldest and then swapping out for a regular pad. However they are so cold and soothing, plus it helps that they are considerably cheaper than some of the key name brands on the high street.

This provides such nice relief after birth and made me feel like I was treating myself. They're really thick and long so adds nice cushion down there. Can be difficult to snap the cold on and you can feel the cold liquid move around but that helped distract me from the pain.

These where great they stayed cool very for 2hour. Would buy a again.

Worked wonders for me. Just don’t be afraid to twist it to pop the inside to activate it. It doesn’t leak which I was afraid of. Helped with after the birth and great now for a cold compress for any injuries. They only last about 10mins

Of all the many postpartum aftercare products I was recommended and purchased as a first time mum, these were by far the most effective- an absolute must for anyone who needs some relief after giving birth. Suitable for use even with stitches which is amazing! Not the most absorbent of pads and only last 20 mins in terms of the ice pack itself, but the relief and soothing sensation is so worth it!

I ordered these and after labour I tried them. Couldn’t get them to work. They where very big and bulky and just felt the description of comfort was very wrong. When emailing to send them back and requesting a refund I got a very passive aggressive response. Saying they they never had any issues before. With exhaustion and pain and being a new mum the response wasn’t what I expected and felt it was very unnecessary- they where very bulky so uncomfortable in a already uncomfortable place.This product wasn’t for me. Works for some but I feel the company wasn’t understanding at all and rude.I will say they honoured the refund but I felt they did because they had to as it’s law and stated this in the email that I asked for a refund before the 2 week cut off date.

I bought these as I read up about how they are so good if you have a natural birth, so I thought I would get them for my hospital bag. I ended up giving birth naturally with a lot of stitches and I found these brilliant, I only used them on and night for bed but they really eased the pain and discomfort, they are really long and still absorbent. They are easy to use you just have to twist them and it releases the ice pack part. Even though they are expensive they are worth it and I ended up buying 2 packs and I would definitely recommend them and purchase them again.
