I have heard many times that sunflower seeds are not good for parrots. Is this true?

We've heard the same thing but don't put much stock in it. Our African Grey get sunflower seeds in his morning feed and no sunflower seeds in the evening feed. We've been using Sweet Harvest foods for much longer than I can remember (because there are no cereal bits). He'll be 30 years old in March.

Can someone verify if this mix still has Peanuts ? If so, Are they in shell or out?

This mix does not have peanuts.

Could this be fed to our pionus ?

Our African Greys (weigh @ 500 - 550 gm each) love the stuff. Pious should be able to handle it, too.
