Durable and safe
It supports me I'm 60 kg. I've combined this with a step ladder and I use it bidaily for back extensions and seen quite a bit of difference.Nordic curls are quite difficult so don't expect to be able to do Nordic curls immediately. I working doing the slow eccentric and feel great through the hammy 👍

Good for home workouts
Solid bit of kit for home workouts. Really helps with Nordic curls and keeping the form tight. It takes a bit of fiddling to get it secured properly depending on your door, but once it’s in place, it doesn’t budge. Great for the price, just takes a little setup patience.

Brilliant for sit ups and other excercises that require your feet to be secured.Well made and easy to use, just put the door anchor under your door and away you go.It’s also adjustable.Comes with a little mat, that a tad too small to be really of any use, and a carry bag.
