OMG this is the most comfortable waist trainer I possess. I've been wearing it every day for about 8 hours for about two weeks. I've worn it during workouts and at work and have significantly reduced my waistline by two inches. I am now on the 1st hooks and trying to get to a 27 inch waist. I didn't measure my waist before I started but it must have been about 29.5 to 30 inches. It's now a 28 without pulling the tape measure tightly. I haven't really been dieting but I do eat healthily anyway and have always worked out. It looks great under clothes although I wouldn't recommend wearing tight fitting thin bodycon dresses because you would see the panel at the front. I'm only 5ft tall so this was perfect for my short torso. When washed it dries easily and goes back to original shape without lumps and bumps. What else can I say but just buy it, you won't be disappointed.

I bought the Black (25 steel boned) in size M. As you can see in the pictures my waist is 28-29 inches, so looking at the reviews and size guide, I thought an M was sizing down. However, it fits just right, I managed to put the hooks on the last set of hooks without much struggle. So for me, it doesn't really fit the purpose, I will be returning and getting a size S.As for the fit and material, it's very sturdy, and does have some bendiness to it, also feels really comfortable on. I also love the length of it, fits the torso just right.*Updated*I received the size S. I have to say the return process was very quick and easy! I wore it for the first time today, on the first set of hooks and it fit perfectly, meaning my waist was the same size when on. I read somewhere that when you have a waist trainer on, it should cinch your waist by 1-2inches, so I'm not sure how effective this waist trainer will be. Also, the back doesn't curve to the shape of your back and also the sides, I feel like it's quite straight, maybe because of the steel bones. I've tried other flexible latex ones, and I slightly prefer their fit because they really cinch you at the waist. Maybe the (Latex Breathable Hole) or the other waist trainer they have would have been a better option. However I will give this a shot for a month or so, and will update the review again hehe :)

I originally ordered this to help me feel my absolute best in jeans and leggings and it did just that. I bought the size L and I’m a UK size 14 and it fit quite well. It’s a little on the right size but I’d reccomend getting the XL if you’re a similar size to me. The metal boning means that I can sit down and still feel snatched. I love the metal clasps and it feels like high quality. I’m definitely not disappointed with this product! It does everything you’d expect a waist trainer to do. The only downside is if you wear it for 8h+ it does tend to dig in my ribs or at the bottom on my hips but it’s definitely suited for us small torso girlies 100% would recommend

A good product but I ordered without realising it has a longer one. The sizing was also bigger despite choosing a size.

I brought xxl. It's so tiny. I mislaid the package so I could not return. This could not even fit my niece size 12 body.

Great product, material is stretchy but firm around my waist. I was size 41inch waist and now size 39 in just one week (this is with the aid of a healthy diet and daily exercise). I do feel like this belt not only holds and supports my back but that it keeps me disciplined with my diet and pulls me in for a great shape. Wearing during the day but not at night. I ordered 3xl and was pleased with that. Second hook in this week now from last and it feels very comfortable!

My first waist trainer and I sized down, went for the one suited for shorter torso perfect length and got a large, surprisingly very comfortable to wear, I've sat down in it doesn't feel restrictive and am wearing it on the second set of hooks, I am very pleasantly suprised the quality of the material feels great no complaints. I'll see how long I can wear it for,may start out for a couple of hours a day, not sure if am going to try it during workouts just yet.

I bought this thinking 'No Way' ... as I'm a male drag queen/cross dresser - 6 ft 1 and 40 inch chest. So i bought the 3XL size and was AMAZED to find the item fits verry snug and is very flattering. It moulds the body beautiful. I would actually go so far as to say i could have downsized to an XXL to give a more extreme fit and better hour glass figure.I bought the latex version which has a lot of stretch and gives an amazing body mould - even with the eye ringlet on the third (tightest) setting, it still fits my body, squeezing my waist into a flattering hourglass.The Latex version is very comfortable to wear all day, and is very breathable. It is easy to put on (unlike lace-up corsets), and provides a beautifully flattering fit under a slinky slimfit dress..The only thing i would say, is it can be a little bit visible under a white, semi transparent dress, or skimpy figure-hugging dresss (you can see the ribs), but that's just a minor gripe.For guys who like to dress, i would DEFINITELY reccomend this.

Ich habe die Variante 3: Latex Mieder ohne Metall Streben, kurze Form.. Orientiert habe ich mich an der Größentabelle und daher mit ca. 92 cm Umfang die Größe 3 XL bestellt.. Das war genau richtig.. Mein Ziel war zudem nicht unbedingt schlanker zu wirken, sondern eine "glatte" Silhouette zu erreichen, ohne Röllchen unter figurbetonter Kleidung.. Außerdem wollte ich mich nicht so sehr einschnüren, dass es für mich unangenehm wird..Mit diesem Gürtel habe ich genau die richtige Wahl getroffen.. Dank der kurzen Form passt er perfekt auf meinen kurzen Oberkörper.. Wenn ich die mittlere Reihe einhake, sitzt der Gürtel genau richtig.. Er formt ohne schlimm einzuengen und ich kann damit auch sitzen..Für die Bilder habe ich (beabsichtigt) zu enge Shorts angezogen, damit der Effekt deutlich zu erkennen ist.. Auf dem Bild ohne Shirt habe ich ihn so eng gehakt wie möglich und ich finde, da formt er mir sogar etwas Taille, die ich normal nicht habe.. Ich bin sehr zufrieden, weil ich so etwas schon länger suche und ich finde der Preis um 30 Euro ist für diese gute Qualität günstig.. Das Einhaken dauert nur Sekunden, wenn man den Rat beherzigt, die Reihe mit den Ösen umzuklappen..

J'ai essayé toutes sortes de gaines... Sur le marché. J'ai pris celui ci une taille en dessous de ma taille car comme tous les élastiques cela se détend. Première journée : ça sert beaucoup, ce qui est normal, il faut aussi qu'il prenne la forme de votre morphologie. Deuxième jour portée, ne gêne pas et fait une belle silhouette . Un petit bémol, il faudrait juste qu'il l agrandisse d'un cm en hauteur car même avec un petit buste , je trouve ça un peu petit. Je le conseille fortement. 😁

Ottimo prodotto, proprio come lo cercavo, all'inizio sono sincera non mi fidavo tanto, poi leggendo le varie recensioni mi sono fidata e devo dire che ho fatto benissimo, comodissimo non si sente nemmeno dopo un po' che lo indossi anzi quando non ce l ho mi manca. Finalmente un motivo per tenere la schiena dritta a sedere, ti sostiene e non fai sforzo. Lo uso praticamente tutto il giorno anche per fare pulizie a lavoro. La pancia superpiatta fianchi ben delineati, ti fa il corpo a clessidra e non si vede sotto i vestiti ( solo se sono attillati allora si vedono le stecche) veramente veramente consigliato. E poi è bello calduccino specie ora per l'inverno. Traspirante grazie ai buchi, non da fastidio ne prurito addosso. Ho preso una tg M e misuro 73 cm al punto vita lo aggancio ai primi gancini e va bene così piano piano con il tempo lo aggancerò a quelli in mezzo.. speriamo! Sono alta 1.57 e come altezza è perfetto prende tutto l'addome e alza anche il seno. Bellissimo regalo che mi sono fatta.

Lavado : sumerjo "una pastillas de jabonde la abuela" en agua templada tirando a caliente. Que suelte jabón y la retiro, luego sumerjo la faja " Para que encoja algo, " que vuelva como al principio" . Paso la mano x delante y detrás con agua jabonosa, no extrujo ni retuerzo y la pongo a secar al natural , " sin máquina secadora", pongo, a colgar de las tiras que trae ( que no la de el sol ), esperemos que no se de mucho más de sí." .No roza con sujetador ni ingles. Tamaño ideal. Sujeta riñones buena para hacer ejercicio, controlar postura corporal estar x casa. Viene muy bien rematada y corchetes prietitos.
