Do you need it?
Alright, so product is not a bad one. I mean given the general protein deficiency in the general population, it could be for you as you don't need the hassle to studying about what you're doing and why so.But from a practical point of view, shelling 3100 for 29 gm of protein per shake, seems extravagant. You can take any reputed brand's whey for about 23-24 gm protein per scoop per day. And you can get fairly cheap multivitamins in addition.So ask yourself, Do I need it?
