It took a lot of research but I finally found a good egg white protein that didn’t have artificial sweeteners or stevia. The pinch of monk fruit adds just enough sweetness. No fillers, no gluten, nothing artificial, non gmo eggs, the list goes on. Read the back. And it’s got 25g of protein. When I add spinach and my fruit choice it’s filling and sustains me well. I have the chocolate one and it tastes great and mixes well. Of course it’s a little higher price but it’s worth it because of quality. Enjoy.

Flavor is good with almond milk or Orange juice.

As the title states, the ingredients and taste of this protein powder are great, but I had a very hard time getting the powder to dissolve in water.

Coming from Gaspari Egg Protein powder, this was a huge letdown. (Gaspari has been out of stock for quite a while.) It doesn't mix well (I use a hand-shaker, not a blender) and the flavor is pretty bland. It's frustrating trying to find a decent substitute for Gaspari because you need to waste $50-$60 each time. And then you are stuck with a product you feel like you have to use (as opposed to throwing it out- I hate wasting stuff). The search continues...

Mixes well, great vanilla taste.

This tastes terrible even when i add a lot of chocolate syrup to it along with milk and vanilla yogurt. It flies everywhere when you open or close the bag, like talcum powder. I wanted to return this but my only options are dropping it off in person, which I cannot do, or pay $14 to have UPS pick it up. Don't waste your money.

As far as ingredients and macros go this powder is great. But that was the only thing I thought that was great about it. The first thing I learned when I tried to make a shake with this powder is that if you don't follow the exact directions (use exactly 6-8oz of milk/water and blend for ONLY 20-30 seconds) you will end up with a blender filled with thick foam to the brim that does not go down and is essentially useless. When blending for the directed amount of time unless you have a small bullet blender it remains chunky and the powder creates no thickening effect. so its essentially a watery shake with chunks in it. If you put it in a blender bottle and shake it you will get the same thing. I ended up having to mix my shakes by hand for about 10 minutes each time to get the consistency to be tolerable. The flavor is fine, it's very mild, it didn't have any odd aftertaste. It's definitely a powder that would be easiest for maybe adding it to something rather than having it as a stand alone shake.

I am very picky about protein but I love this stuff. I ordered the vanilla and peanut butter flavors(only tried vanilla so far). The flavor is good! It’s not over bearing or too sweet. I don’t use a blender bottle to blend it though but it blends nicely in an average blender. I have tried all sorts of other proteins, some I liked, some I didn’t, but this is my favorite and I will buy again.Update: the peanut butter flavor is good too!!!
