Love the No 5. A beautiful fresh, green oil. If you are looking for a subtle finishing oil, then maybe look at virgin olive oil, not EVOO.

No, it has a beautiful depth of flavour, but no bitterness. If you are looking specifically for a sharper, punchier, more bitter flavour the Lorenzo No. 1 is perfect. I love both. This one is smoother, the No. 1 has a more verdant nature, grassier. I hope this helps.
