The poles/extension were missing. Edit- the company promptly sent me a whole new order! I would recommend buying this easy to use and well made product. The squeegee tools do an amazing job! The poles make it easy to wash outside tall windows!

Great quality. Rubber on squeegee is softer than what I wanted, works well.

The squeeze part seems very flimsy and most times I feel like I’m needing to press to scrape over window to get a tight seal and the metal part starts to hit window rather than rubber. Other than that it’s sturdy. The Velcro cover could be a tighter fit.

The working part of this item is not angled properly to get the job done. I gave it 1 star for ease of use. The weight and sturdiness are superfluous. If you tried to use it, it would be like trying to push a marble across the floor with a chisel.

This helped me so much to clean my windows inside and out plus mirrors that I can't reach .. easy to use and clean.
