Q: Why is the center of the joystick not at the center point in the calibration page after I installed it?

Please calibrate it after the first installation. It can be used normally and there is no need to calibrate it again.

Q: Why are the supplied screws used on the casing cross-shaped?

We tested a large number of screws and found that cross-shaped screws have a longer life than Y-shaped screws. We recommend that when turning the screws, try to control the force as much as possible, and give priority to using original screws.

Q: What is the purpose of the black sticker in the package?

After installation, remove the joystick cap and stick a black sticker on the bottom of the joystick to prevent dust from entering the inside of the joycon.

Q: What should I do if I have other questions or problems?

Q: After a period of time, the dots on the calibration page cannot return to the center and "drift" occurs in the game.

Just recalibrate the joysticks, then completely turn off the Switch and turn it back on again.
