Love these placemats! The gray variegated design looks beautiful on the table and works well with so many décor styles. They’re durable, well‑made, and hold up great to daily use. I can toss them in the washing machine, and they keep their shape and color perfectly—no shrinking or fraying. I wanted a nice cloth placemat and not some PVC material. Something that looks nice on the table and easy to fold and put away. These are very nice. They are good and thick so they don’t feel cheap. The only caveat is that you might want to buy two sets and keep the best out of the two. In the first set I got one placemat was defective. I got a replacement set and one of those is also defective. Not as much as the first one was but still has strings that are not in place. Overall they are really nice. The color stayed vibrant even after washing and I like that they are thick and the same on both sides. No white backside. I put the first set in the dryer but if you don’t get them out immediately they will wrinkle. Just like anything else. So I laid the second set out on my kitchen counter to air dry. They will also shed some in the first wash. To me that’s normal washing for the first time. Not a deal breaker. Get 2 sets, pick your 6 and you’ll not be disappointed.

Nice fabric and color. I ordered them for Christmas and was happy with the appearance and quality. I haven’t washed them yet to comment on the wearability.

This is a gorgeous fall table runner. It also comes in lengths longer than the standard 72, which I needed. The fabric is heavy, textured, and seems to be of good quality. I caught it on a prime deal, so it was a really good purchase for me. I bought the green. I can hardly wait to see my fall table setting using this runner

UPDATE: I do not recommend these placemats at all. The volume of fiber they shed is potentially hazardous. Aside from pulling wads of lint the size of softballs from our washer and from our dryer, we had to have 2 different duct cleaning services come to our house to clean the duct that expels lint from our dryer over 3 years after purchasing and washing them only 1-2x since purchase. I cannot understand why these have been awarded ‘Amazon’s Pick’, they are terrible and have cost us hundreds of dollars in services needed to fix the damage they did to our washer and dryer. Shortly after washing/drying them for use, our dryer started making a grinding noise, like the motor wasn’t right. It’s only a couple years old, so we called the manufacturer’s service rep to inspect it. Sure enough, there was another wad of fibers from these placemats that had gotten caught in the belt, and was causing an imbalance, a the related noise/degradation in performance. At the suggestion of the appliance serviceman, we took our leaf blower and connected it to the dryer exhaust hose to blow more lint out of that, through the lint vent on the outside of our house. So much lint came out that way bc the vent was totally blocked. My husband cleans this out every 2-3 months, and we keep our dryer lint trap cleaned after every use. The external vent has never been clogged like that, and this is a fire hazard. We are going to use these until they get stained, and they will go in the trash. I won’t purchase from this vendor again - awful quality. Like some other reviewers, I had crazy fibers/lint shedding that was absurd - multiple huge handfuls in both the washer and dryer, and the fringe didn’t look great after washing and drying. No bad smell, but these seem awfully poor quality for the price.

Bought for my Christmas guests. They are just as pictured. Beautiful red. Sturdy and strong. Quality napkins to last for a long time.

I like the colours and look of them. I don’t like that when washed they shrink and come out very wrinkled.
