There is no fat in these mints and only two grams of carbs." That would be 2/3 gross carb per mint. **Q: Is this mints are halal?** A: Unfortunately, ALTOIDS® Arctic Wintergreen is not Halal. **Q: Why is it not posted they are Sugar Free on the Label?** A: Altoids are not sugar-free. 1 mint contains 0.7 grams of sugar.
