Fits standard steering columns and is better than a standard wheel in a boat
I put this in my boat. I have overworked hands that hurt even when using power steering in a car. With a large outboard engine in a boat without power steering, a standard steering wheel was beyond my tolerance. This solved it. These spokes sticking up are the right angle for the way our hands are designed to work. I wish I could put it in my car.BTW, a tip for removing the old steering wheel. After removing the bolt on the end of its axel, tap the end of the axel with a hammer a couple of times and the old wheel will lift right off.

Just assembled it, and has the real nautical look I was looking for. Appears very strong, and should work well. I do hope the hex bolts holding the spokes on are a good quality stainless steel. If you look at the vertical spoke, you can actually see the top of the nut; same for the spokes.They should have either made the bolts a bit shorter or at least should have included snap in covers to give the wheel a more finished look. I may buy slightly shorter bolts so I can fill the recess with something to hide the bolts. I'll find out soon enough if the bolts rust easily, as I will use this in salt water. I may just paint the bolt heads black with a good quality grill paint so they are not as visible.

Needs black bolts and screws.
Fit perfect on my 2017 pontoon. Adds a great relaxed feel. Had to buy a washer and black paint. The screws are silver and really stand out. So I painted the heads black. Did not care for the cheeses center bolt cover, so I made my own. Installing took about ten minutes. The only hard part was getting my old one off.

Cool and easy to install
This steering wheel is so cool. Just take off your old one and this one bolts right in. Love the size and convenience of the quick turn knob. I got the black one but the other colors are nice too.

Very nice.
Usually easy.. Remarkable steering in the boat with the knob installed. I left the six handles off around the wheel for space. Perfect fit.

Nice replacement wheel.
Wheel fit great, looks good. Fixing up a 14’ 50 year old pontoon for the last leg of her service. She deserves it.
