Q: What are the clips and suction sticks for? Also does this have to be thrown away every three months like every other case?

Although I don’t use the clips, they are for handling your lenses. The plunger (suction sticks” is for removing your lense. I don’t know if these tools are used with soft/ disposable lenses but I have hard lenses and I don’t like using my nails to get them out. Finally, I haven’t thrown mine out yet because I haven’t used it much. I have so many cases that I swap out daily.
