This smart dog tag is fantastic! The app works really well, and I’m so impressed with how easy it is to use. Being able to upload a picture is a brilliant feature, adding extra peace of mind. Highly recommend!

Second purchase of this item now for our second dog - is handy to have the peace of mind if their tracker is not working for any reason as anyone scanning the tag automatically notifies us and gives a location. The finder will also see the dogs name and info and have the option to call us so I think handy for both parties in the event of a lost dog (fingers crossed we never have a real-life scenario!) Shame you can't edit the data once set up but they don't cost much to repurchase and set up a new one.

This was the perfect attachment for my two dogs. Very very easy to setup. Shame you can't update the details at a later date but hopefully that won't have to happen. Would buy again.

As others have mentioned you can't edit details once added. That would be okay if the features actually worked. The packaging says it adds link to email and social media contact details, not true and neither appears when the tag is scanned. Also the email ping when the tag is scanned doesn't work either. It's no better than having an engraved tag. Disappointing.

Initially I thought my NFC function wasn't working, you have enable unlock "require device unlock for NFC in settings". This is a very neat solution and I especially like the location ping and email alert when the tag is scanned. Could be improved by using 2FA in order to allow updates and adding multiple contacts for alerts including a what's app pin.

Received. Same product as displayed. I've not got around to registering it yet but glad I was able to grab it on Amazon as it wasn't available locally.

Basically a way of getting name, address and contact number on a dog tag, without taking up all the room. NFC facility doesn't work, and when someone scans the tag you get an email which supposedly allows you to see where on the map the tag was scanned. This also doesn't work, it just brings up a Google search of a comma... Contacted the team and they havent responded to my enquiry. I wouldn't buy this again or recommend it personally. Update : Still heard nothing, clearly selling a defective product with no interest in addressing issues. Downgraded to 1 star due to poor customer service.

Great idea if it worked, you can’t go back in and edit your info, like phone number, which I’ve just changed, So it’s useless also the alert sent to you with the location of where the tag was scanned doesn’t work at all. It googles a comma !! It’s just a metal tag don’t buy
