What is the capacity of chopper?

Only suitable for small amounts I tried to make hummus had to do it in two halves with only one tin of chick peas. It's ok but get something larger if you have to feed more than one.

Will this chopper be able to onion/garlic/ginger fine enough (paste like) for Asian cooking?

I've chopped onion, garlic and scotch bonnet peppers to a puree successfully. I haven't tried ginger which is harder though

It is plastic but i have one for 20 years (unfortunately i still in Greece so i had to buy one for here i live now) , will never be damaged unless you will do something to it!
