Yes the product is free of corn and the maltodextrin is potato. The chewable is free of corn too.

It is a powder that comes in individual serving packets/envelopes. I put one in my 6 month old's bottle 2x a day or if my 2 1/2 year old is having tummy trouble I mix it up in applesauce. I don't have the box in front of me to provide the ingredients!

Q: my baby is on a gtube and it takes longer than 30 minutes to feed him through pump. how long is this product viable after mixing. florastor is 30 min

my daughter drinks her cup of milk over about an hour and we have never had a problem with the product.

Q: How many ounces of water do you need to dissolve it in?

Whatever works for you, I have mixed it in anywhere from 2 to 8oz of milk for my kids. However, to insure that you baby takes all of it I would go with less liquid.
