I love this outdoor furniture set. It is very sturdy and well made. I also loved that they had a few color options to choose from. I have a 12×20 gazebo and the set fits under it with room for a dining set as well. The fabric is thick and good quality. The cushions seem to be a good foam material( time will tell) the back pillows are just cotton filled inserts ( I do plan on replacing those inserts with memory foam later) the firepit coffee table I got is metal with a dark bronze wicker look ( they showed one in the pics that match the furniture, I didnt get that one) and at first I wasn't thrilled I got the one I did. But I decided to keep it because it wasn't to matchy matchy with the furniture and it came with the glass wind guard that fits perfectly!..It has a grey marbled tile top that does match the color of the furniture. I was pleasantly surprised at how big the flame gets turned to level high, very happy about that. The instructions are easy to read with pictures. Making assembly easy but it is time consuming. The boxes have mixed parts meaning some chair parts are in ons box and some are in another box and it really doesn't tell you which boxes has the hardware so you need all 6 boxes to fully put everything together. Over all I love the look of this set.

This is a beautiful set and it feels very sturdy, great for people of all sizes. It does take time to put it together, but it's well worth the price. We've gotten so many compliments on it and it makes it fun to host outdoor parties!

After reading many reviews before finally deciding on this set, I felt compelled to write my own review and share my opinion. This set is beautiful! It seems sturdy and that it will last a long time if taken care of.This is a total of 6 boxes. They are all shipped individually, so they may arrive separately. I received 5 boxes one day, and then the 6th the following day.Yes, it is a pain in the butt to put together. Yes, the holes don’t always line up properly. Yes, the cushions are difficult to get in the covers. It is tedious, but it is doable and worth it!As others have mentioned, the furniture covers are definitely not waterproof. After just the first rain, there is water underneath them. I’m hoping they protect them atleast a bit to extend the life of the furniture.The company has been very responsive to me. I had a few questions and a scratch on my fire table lid. They offered either a partial refund or a replacement part for the damage. They have been very helpful!

The Rattaner 7 piece set is a good value. It was ~$1200.00 with tax and no delivery charge. The gray wicker with navy blue cushions goes well with my deck. Putting the set together is tedious, but not complicated. It took me a couple of days. I ordered two more chairs for another $275.00 which should give me all the seating I need. The cushions could be a little firmer, but that’s my personal preference. The fire pit is awesome. It puts out a nice flame, and the blue stones are pretty. The first delivery was 5 big boxes. I didn’t realize that it comes in 6, so I contacted customer service. They told me that I would get another box, which took about 5 days to arrive. All in all, this set is worth the money. Get it, you won’t be disappointed.

Great quality and it looks terrific. Very comfortable for outdoor furniture. Time consuming to assemble but fairly straight forward. GREAT seller response for a question I had about it.

Looks OK and mostly comfortable, but assembly is a nightmare. Hardware items are cheap and difficult to use. Nuts are especially difficult to fit onto bolts. Cannot tighten anything until all hardware is installed. Then final tightening takes a very long time. Some bolts ate deep inside narrow and constricted furniture areas. These must be installed and tightened blind! Wrench is about as cheap and useless as possible Tightener is s miniature ratchet tool that is difficult to use. A few bolts were defective and would not accept tightener. Looks like picture but what an effort to assemble, and I am a very handy person.

I can’t say enough good things about this set !!! The fire pit puts out a lot of heat. in shocked at how hot it gets and how far you can feel the heat. It’s heavy duty. The whole set is excellent quality. It does take a while to put together so prepare yourself for that part but it’s all worth it in the end. It may also come at different times. I think it was a total of 6 or 7 boxes and I got it all within 5 days I think. You can rearrange this in so many different ways. Mine did not come with the glass walls for the fire pit but that’s okay .

It was very easy to put together!! The boxes arrived separately over a week's time so the rachet didn't come till last box. but that was ok because we had one. We had to put all the cushions in the covers. That was the hardest part of all. It's very comfortable and I love the fire pit!! It all fit perfect on our deck!! Can't beat the price!! They answered right back whenever I had a question. I love the color, the quality and it looks amazing!!
