Dean Jacob'sRosa Maria Bread Dipping Seasoning

I have been purchasing these Dean Jacobs spice combinations since I first tried them about four years ago. I do not use them for bread dipping, but I use them for seasoning in many dishes. I use a tablespoon of the Rosemary Garlic in my homemade pizza crust, on roasted potatoes and veggies, etc. I also love the Parmesan spiced one and use it in my Italian dishes. I cannot live without these spices and order them regularly.

Love this stuff! I put it on sweet potatoes and veggies. If you like rosemary and garlic, this is a great mix. The only con is the sodium content, I'd prefer it had no salt. I'll take some pictures later of the back label and contents. :)

I love rosemary. I use it in many dishes but the rosemary in this spice had very little flavor. The other spices I could not taste.I added cheese after a few bites . No Help. We have used dipping spices for 25-30 years as my husband is Italian. I think i'll make my own.

I had a 4 in 1 seasoning to mix with oil for dipping bread. I found I used this flavor most. Also add to chicken thighs and broccoli before roasting. I ran out of this one and was so happy to find it in this size. Great flavor!

By itself or in my own recipe for bread dipping this is deeeeelish. I also order the parmesan dipping spice mix and blend the two with EVOO, balsamic glaze, pepper and freshly grated cheese. It is addicting. So glad it is available in this size and not just the 4 flavor sampler.

Didn’t taste like the DJ Rosa Maria, it was lacking flavor like it was old.

A drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of this and my basic store bought whole grain bread tastes like focaccia. I also often use this to elevate my scrambled eggs. Delicious!

Delicious when sprinkled over cut potatoes with olive oil for roasting in a foil packet, and also add it to the marinade for chicken tenders before grilling.
