The image quality is amazing. Pictures turn out very vibrant and clear. It’s so easy to send pictures from your phone directly to the device in a matter of moments. You can send one or several at once, placing comments and adjusting each picture. It also supports videos, and you can mute the volume so it won’t be a distraction on a regular basis. The frame size is a perfect size. I bought a couple for my household to display both horizontal and vertical pics as best as possible. You can change the frame orientation by simply rotating the frame and it will automatically adjust itself. Considering other brands, it’s pretty affordable! Well worth the money if you want to display several pics and vids!

Let me be honest. I never ever used or had one of these wifi photo frames in my life.this was my very first purchase, not knowing how it would work and how easy or difficult to set up. Actually I was bit concerned about setting up the whole thing, connecting to my phone, wifi...etcI have a mom who is in nursing home. She is 84 but recently she was diagnosed with liver cancer that she can no longer live alone. Anyway, I wanted to give her all of her family photos, her son, grand children and her best friends. So, this wifi photo frame was the best choice.The unit comes with clear instructions which at first glance seemed bit "lost" but it was so easy to follow on-screen guidance, and web site info guided me through the process step-by-step. It took a few minutes, but I was quickly able to upload about 200 photos from my phone for viewing on the device. 9.7" screen was perfect and it has 16 GB built in storage where I can store thousands of photos. Not only I can get photos from my own phone, but also I can invite any other friends' to upload their photos into the same frame which was absolutely convenient and perfect for what I was trying to do for my mom.And the screen is touch screen and you can navigate and reset, change, modify...etc whatever you want to do with the touch screen. It is incredible how technology has evolved along with this wifi photo frame.I would like to set this up for my mom, but this could be a wonderful gift for every family members when Christmas or birthdays come around. It is a fantastic device to be able to see daily those they love as well as remind themselves of the many choice experiences they have enjoyed in life.I would highly recommend this as a gift to yourself as well as those you love.

I bought this for my grandmother, whose eyesight is poor. It is large enough that she can look at the photos from 10-15 feet away. She watches it for hours. Photos are easy to add once you set up a free account with the app. I like that it doesn’t have to be connected to Wi-Fi to display photos. It also plays short video clips. If I buy another digital picture frame, I will be buying this one.

Just bought this 2 days ago and the screen went black after displaying 3 photos. Powered it back on and viewed 3 more pictures and the screen went black again. Called the support number and got a machine trying to sell a first alert device, total scam. Do Not Buy this Frame, there’s plenty of others out there.

Frame freezes 40% of time upon daily startup requiring manual fix. Frequent inability to connect to WiFi and then won’t play slideshow even when photos downloaded. Customer service number unfamiliar with product and hung up on me. Frame worked well at first. Now past return point. Amazon is becoming EBay - filled with trash products. Set-up was simple. I see two drawbacks to this frame. One is the inability to batch upload from a computer; since you need to upload from an app on your phone, the go around here is to upload photos to your one/google drive and transfer that way. The second is a quite loud chiming noise that rings periodically throughout the day despite the volume being turned off and the frame asleep. I may solve this by plugging an extra pair of earphones into the jack so it isn't disruptive. The frame I received is AiMor, not AEEZO.

App: Had this on my wishlist for sometime. But after I bought, they changed to no longer support the great Frameo App for another that is not so great.Picture Quality: Not as clear as I expected. More washed out and grainy than I expected from the 4.6 star reviews.Support: No info on warranty, so consider it has none. I contacted manufacturer support after puchasing, and never heard back.

I purchased this frame for my mother's 85th birthday so friends and family around the USA could send pictures to it of memories throughout the year. It was set on the table with the birthday cake. Everyone loved this idea! It was my mom's favorite gift. Unfortunately, after 7 months the touch screen stopped working. I emailed customer service and luckily got Abby. Abby helped me get the pictures off the frame to a sde card and then sent me a new frame. I was able to upload all the photos so nothing was lost. Customer service was very quick and helped resolve my problem. I would recommend this frame to anyone who wants to preserve memories. And it's a great addition to a birthday party!!

I bought this frame for my parents and for my in laws to cheer them up during this COVID pandemic and they haven't been able to see their grandchildren in person very much. They all love the frame and can't stop taking about how wonderful it is to see family pictures (new and old) appear in their living rooms.I did the initial set up for them, but the set up is very quick with easy to follow instructions so I know they could have done it themselves easily. The app is also easy to use and I love that you can also share pictures straight from Google photos.The picture quality is excellent and I like that if you choose to display a landscape picture while the frame is sitting in portrait mode that it gives you blurred colors on the top and the bottom instead of black bars. It can support short videos with audio, but I turned off the sound so that they don't freak out when they start hearing voices coming from their living rooms.

Sehr Benutzer freundlich, tolle Qualität und Optik.Bis auf die Temperaturangabe, bleibt beim 1. Test (Dauer rund 1h) immer bei 4° ;-) ... eventuell synchronisiert das erst später.... Lieferung und Verpackung perfekt, wie angeboten. Unser Göttibueb wird es lieben!

Buenos días ,me acaba de llegar por correo spress el marco digital de 15'6 con la pantalla rajada de lado a lado. Total , me viene del mismo proveedor el marcó de 10' hoy, pero por correo ordinario. Intente parar el envío del 10' y no dio tiempo , el cual en vez de devolverlo lo regalaré, espero que no venga roto. El de 15'6 venía bien embalado , su rotura viene de fabrica. Hablado con Amazon, mañana devuelvo éste en correos y me devolverán el dinero. MI PREGUNTA AL PROVEEDOR, YO QUIERO ESTE MARCO, Y DESPUÉS DE QUE SE ME DEVUELVA EL DINERO, ME GUSTARÍA COMPRAR OTRO SIN ROTURA, SERÍA POSIBLE ¿? P.D: Cambiare mi reseña si al final todo sale bien.

Per un anno tutto bene...poi ha smesso di funzionare. Si accende ma dopo pochi secondi si spegne da solo e non si riaccende più..Dopo solo una settimana dalla segnalazione, l'assistenza mi ha sostituito la cornice non funzionante con una totalmente nuova.Bravissimi!

Lo probé estos días junto a otro más pequeño de 10 pulgadas, y definitivamente queda mejor el compacto, ya que este es muy grande en mesa, mesilla de noche, estantería. Y eso que tiene muy buena calidad, las fotos se transmiten en segundos desde la app en mi móvil (la mayor ventaja de estos marcos digitales y mi motivo de adquisición), rotación va perfecta. Pena solo que necesite de un enchufe cercano con un molesto cable colgando, ya que no dispone de batería recargable. Por lo demás, un producto top.
