I gave these fish spatulae as a gift to my wife. These I know from nothing.But she really likes them. The silicone on the business edges of the one is a great idea, and is securely attached; this should prove essential for un-sticking fish from the non-stick pan.The other spatula has a nice stiffness to it, and the leading edge is pleasantly knife-like.The wife likes them, so there you go.

These are awesome spatulas! Great for eggs, no more breaking or busting eggs. Work great with all pans and no scratches.

I had seen a review on television for this type of spatula. I had never had one however, I was not going to spend $30 for one spatula. I looked on here and I ordered these. It was a tossup if they were going to be any good or not, and I am very pleasantly surprised. They are not overly stiff, the weight is balanced very well, and they wash up easily. I have used both of them in different applications and I am very pleased. Some people had said that the plastic comes off and the one that you use in a Teflon pan however, I have not had any problem, and it seems to be very tightly adhered to the metal.
