Fast, easy, and (mostly) safe!!
It's sturdier than I expected, and has good capacity. I chose this one because of the storage containers for the blades, and I'm quite pleased with my choice. There is a warning that comes with it that "these blades are very sharp". BELIEVE IT. Do not attempt to just push things through with your hand!! The blades are so sharp that it takes a second to even realize that you're bleeding. There are already plenty of us with finger wounds, and you don't need to join us.Used properly, however, the sliding cuts are basically perfect! The chopper has a bit of a learning curve, but it's quite nice, too.Cleaning is really easy, too, thanks to the weird little fork thing that comes with it. It can pull scraps out of all the harder to reach parts easily.All in all, I am extremely happy with it!

This has made chopping onions so easier and so FAST! Easy clean up. Easy to assemble and take apart. Stores great and compact. Sturdy. Great little invest to make our lives easy, wish I would've broken down and ordered sooner!

Makes chopping easier
Works great when doing a large amount of chopping. Also good for those with mobility issues or arthritis. The lid feels a little flimsy and I'm afraid I’m going to break it, but I’ve used it many times and haven’t yet. It is a bit difficult to clean, but it comes with tools to assist with that. I do wish the container on the bottom was larger to hold more chopped ingredients & also to store all of the accessories when not in use.Tip for chopping: I make a fist and give the lid a few light pounds instead of pushing down hard all at once. It will be easier on the lid.
