Bought after I got fed up of my Oneplus 10 Pro. I have not had a Samsung phone since the 9 Plus. I am glad that I have come back as this is a fantastic phone, miles better then the Oneplus 10 Pro. The 23 plus runs smoothly, screen resolution is crystal and the audio output is good, battery life is good (last all day on a full charge eith high usage). Overall I would recommend this phone (after being recommended by someone with the normal S23 and the S23 Ultra!)

After dragging this out for one year because I wasn’t sure if it would come with single or double sim slot, I finally decided to take the plunge. Surprise!! It came with dual physical sim slot + eSIM. The phone is smooth and works well. I love the weight and it’s so beautiful. I got it in green but was disappointed it looked more silver than green (expected a deep green shade). But I can live with that. I intend to hold on to this for 2 to 3 years before switching devices. So far, it’s been a great buy. P.S I got the S23+ 512GB (with a £250 discount) The only downside is that every screen protector I’ve got so far doesn’t make it easy to use the finger print reader. I can live with that since face unlock exists, but it would be nice to have my finger identified at the first try.

As a long term IPhone user I tried this phone and was satisfied with its performance. The customisability is unparalleled as compared to iOS. Sadly, as I’m big into the Apple ecosystem the switch was very difficult and the interaction between android and iOS wasn’t the same compared to iOS. The battery life wasn’t bad, as I’m not a heavy user, but Apple optimisation is far superior as compared to android. Overall, this phone is a solid Apple competitor, with good cameras, decent battery life and quality performance.

Had this phone for just over 7 months now. Had absolutely no issues with it and has been a great experience. Build quality and performance are both superb. First time with a flagship Samsung and happy to have made the upgrade from cheaper Android brands

Love this phone, it's the perfect size!

It rather reminds be of an old note 4 I still have and works but I don't use. The screen quality is remarkable and a distinct improvement over my S20 plus, the sound and camera are even better too. Very happy I made this investment and did not stray to a cheaper brand.

I just looked on GSM arena. Weight 196 grams Old Galaxy S20 186 grams Screen ppi 393 Old Galaxy s20 ppi 525 Seriously! I won't be upgrading untill things improve. Yes finally we're given the Qualcomm chipset in the UK. So thumbs up for that, but how about the rest of the hardware!

Got this to replace my Poco F1. So much faster and very little bloat. Security patches are coming through on time and the phone is so fast. When it as switched on first, a wizard appeared that guided me on how to transfer my data and applications. It was seamless and fast as I used the USB C supplied. But no screen protector was provided and finding one that does not interfere with the ultrasonic finger reader is difficult to find.

Received as described. It's excellent Samsung galaxy s23+ device. with chipset Qualcomm snapdragon 8 generation 6.6 inch. and lighter than s23 ultra. Better than S24+ Exynos chipset. 5 Star..... Thank you.

Dear Amazon Customer Support, I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a defective Samsung S23 Plus mobile purchased from your platform. From the beginning of usage, I have observed that the front (selfie) camera is not functioning properly, as all images appear consistently blurry. This clearly indicates a manufacturing defect or hardware issue, which is unacceptable for a newly purchased device. Due to travel (I had taken the phone abroad to India and returned only last night), I was unable to immediately initiate a return. However, when I attempted to raise a return request, I found that the return window has been closed, which is very disappointing. Please note that this is not a case of misuse or delay on my part, but rather a genuine defective product, and it is your responsibility to ensure customers are not left with faulty items. Denying support due to the return window in such a situation is not reasonable. I strongly request you to: • Approve a replacement immediately, or I expect a swift response and resolution.

Bought the phone less than a year ago and all of a sudden the phone doesn't want to charge. Went to samsung and they told me my whole charging port is damaged and that I need a new one which costs a crazy amount

Very nice product but Samsung should consider giving the accessories like charger and headset with their premium range phones
