I used mine to staple cloth onto our cats climbing tree. It works fine on MDF but chipboard makes it struggle.

Great staple gun, it isn't the easiest to use as you need to put your weight above it to hold it down but I've used it for quite a few upholstery projects. I had problems working out which staples I need to put in it once I ran out. Do not get the 53 ones they're too thin. The ones you need are 140 (they come in different lengths). Hope this is helpful to others as it was annoying to find out the "others buy these" was wrong.

Good value for money, easy to use and very good quality not cheap so should last

Once I got used to the power of the staple gun, you can increase the staple power by tightening the power button, I found it was excellent to use especially for some upholstery work.

Great, easy to use for a beginner

I really struggled to get the staples flat when recovering a dining chair seat but they mainly just bent up at the ends they still held the fabric it just did not give a very neat appearance, quite hard to use as the handle was so stiff , my husband had a go as I thought I was just being a weakling , but he had the same problem I did , so I didn’t feel as bad struggling with it

Needed staples it was cost efficient to buy a new heavy duty stapler with 3000 plus this comes with a staple remover they look like they will last a lifetime Weighty solid and fantastic valueDown side is no case which I prefer to keep tools neat and together
