Take a liberal amount (approximately 1 teaspoon) and rub gently into the affected area. Use as often as required, normally 2-3 times per day. Always read the label and use only as directed. If symptoms persist consult your Healthcare Professional. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Really Works and Worth Every Cent
My husband purchased this to help with neck and shoulder pain. When he brought it home I checked out the ingredients, OK, all natural stuff that I couldn't see would help much at all. We gave it a go, when I applied it for him the first thing I noticed was the smell which is similar to the old heating rubs - quite powerful! This just convinced me further that this was just another product with limited efficacy, nevertheless, cynic that I am, I thought that time will tell!The cream is nice and soft, very easy to spread over the painful area, the texture allows time for a short massage before it is fully absorbed. I understand that this product also comes more rapidly absorbed gel form but I have not tried this.I tried a bit on my own painful shoulder and was surprised at the pleasant sensation which was somehow warming and cooling at the same time. It does not take long before the full effect is felt and it really does relieve the pain!!!!A plus for me is that the rather strong smell (which reminded me of my Granny and her embrocation) does dissipate quite quickly.I highly recommend this product for relieving the misery of chronic pain and also relieving the acute pain of injury during the healing process. This product is worth every cent
