This is one of the best products I have used for karaoke singing. The voice quality is excellent, and the setup process is very easy and user-friendly. I am really happy with the overall performance. However, after a few days of use, the receiver stopped charging. Since the issue occurred after the 7-day Amazon return/replacement window, Amazon Support directed me to contact the seller directly. I would especially like to appreciate Mr. Bipin for his outstanding support. He carefully reviewed the videos I shared regarding the issue and promptly arranged a replacement unit. The new product is working perfectly now. Thank you, Mr. Bipin, for the quick and professional resolution. Great product and excellent customer support!

Great value for money and crystal-clear sound- The Audio Array AM-W-33 is a fantastic wireless microphone set. The audio clarity is top-notch, pairing is seamless, and latency is practically non-existent. It makes recording reels, interviews, and videos completely hassle-free. Definitely worth buying!

one of the mic ch A is not syncing with receiver , LED is flashing when i only connected to mic CH A. i tried all possible , mentioned ways to sort it out but none of them are working as the either of the mic or receiver are faulty. i tried even changing to ch B but still the problem is persisting . audio is coming but ch A is not syncing means it wont wok in frequency congested environments . That is the defective piece . and i observed that it already returned by some previous customer as i am finding through the multiple old stickers on package . I have requested for replacement , Let me see the replaced one. after checking that i will again give feed back. make sure that at least this time Brand New , properly working product will be delivered . thank you amazon for your quick response

Well-built metal body... you feel it in your hand, also while opening the battery compartment. Same is the case with its wireless receiver, which is slim yet solid, and fits perfectly in the MIC input of JBL Party Box speaker. Coming to the performance - it's top notch !! There are cheaper options available which look the same, but do not waste money and time on that. I tried and then went through the pain of return/refund etc, before settling for this one. It costs more because it offers what it promises - late realization though! And you don't like a compromise on quality when actually using the mic, do you? Cons: I don't know why Audio Array has not provided rechargeable battery in the Mic as well (it requires two AA batteries), while the Receiver is rechargeable (I connect it to the USB charging port next to MIC input on the JBL speaker itself).

Pros- Build quality seems ok. Looks Very good. Cons- 18650 battery not getting charged. Sensitivity very low. Range is not as goos as mentioned. Sound quality ok ok. ==================== Overall not satisfied.

Good product... Quality service from the company. Good response from the service team even out of warranty & solution instructions for problems that can be solved online. Finally thanks for replacing the receiver at an affordable price 🙏.

I am using the AM-W32 Wireless metal Microphone which is a dual UHF cordless mic set with a durable metal build, clear sound quality, and a crazy 200-ft range. It has separate volume controls, an adjustable echo effect which is easy to setup with automatic connection. Its reliable and easy to use.

After using this audio array AM-W12 found that clarity of its voice is so good beyond imagine price also less in this range u never get such quality of sound in addition its voice is tremendous potential after using in open space

My only complain is that it easily drain the battery
