An well thought out kit with overwhelming value for the cost.
The Roadside Emergency Kit is exactly what I was looking for. I have a 21 year old son who recently bought a used vehicle with his hard earned money providing mobility to him and his wife and daughter. Meanwhile, my 17 year old son is about to get his license and start driving on his own in a hand me down vehicle he inherited and my 13 year old son is chomping at the bit to start driving too. I wanted to ensure their safety and preparedness so I started putting a kit together that would mirror the emergency items that I have in my car. Soon into the process, I realized that it was not going to be cost effective to do so and I discovered the many kits out there. I started compiling a list of 2-5 kits that would fulfill the need and found it to be much more feasible than item by item but I found quite a bit of duplication and usually in items that would be infrequently utilized. Not wanting to be wasteful I held off on the multiple kit option. Then low and behold I stumbled across the Sarah's Source Roadside Emergency Kit. I was tentative at first because based on the list of items included, the price was a third to maybe half what I expected. That could only mean that the quality was lacking. I decided that the price was low enough that, even if crap, I could afford the risk and regardless, would have sufficient use to offset it. So I ordered it!It arrived very expeditiously and I couldn't wat to open it up and see just how sub par it was and how big of a waste my money was. Upon inspection I was truly amazed. Not only was the quality great, all of the the items came in tge perfect quantities and sizes for a kit of it's kind. They really did a great job and must have put a lot of thought into putting such a high quality, all inclusive, and reasonably priced kit together. I gave the first one ordered to my oldest and in the next month or so will be purchasing an additional 4-5 kits for my wife, sons, and even my in-laws. This was a great find!

Great quality, compact, looks great, very nice items inside. well worth it
Very nice and compact good quality roadside kit. When closed can easily fit behind a car seat or tucked in the side of the trunk. Has lots of items and a handy laminated card detailing the contents so you dont have unpack to see if you have a certain item. Has room for extra stuff if you want to supplement. I got this specifically for the multi tool and the tow rope which many kits lack to keep costs down. The quality of those items is good enough to justify buying it as they cost more separately. The only concern is the jumper, it seems to be on the light cheap side. Will replace with a heavy duty one and use the other for a backup.great item

Great starting kit for roadside emergency preparedness!
Fortunately I have not had to use this yet but a great starter pack to have some security for the road! I used this kit as a starting point and added in some additional tools to be as prepared as I think I can be (Not being a mechanic).Pros:-Price... - I've looked over many kits that were equal or more but not quite as complete as this one which I picked up from Amazon for $43-Content... - Many of the kits I sifted through had similar items but seemed lacking in some areas. This one comes with a Tow Strap which can be in the $15-$20 range on it's own, a standard gauge jumper cable (looks to be 6 - 8 guage but not certain) which also can run anywhere from $10-$20. Add to it all the extra elements like the manual recharge flashlight, small first aid kit, gloves, triangle, glass-breaker/seat belt cutter and more, it's a nice set!-Storage Bag - Good size and allows room to customize the contents and add a few things.Cons:-The multi-function tool looks to be a bit on the cheap side and likely not likely very useful if trying to use a screwdriver in a tight space under the hood but it does have a knife on it and bottle opener if you are waiting for a tow and need to crack open a beverage or something.-Could use a few additional things to help you out with the vehicle but plenty of survival and safety elements included (Reflective Triangle and Vest, Glow sticks, a whistle and a poncho so if you're on the side of the road at night, you should gain some attention and awarenessCustom Recommendations:*Things I added* - Zip Ties to hold or secure whatever - Real screwdrivers to ensure a solid grip and less likely to strip screws - 12V Tire inflator (Fix-a-flat would work too but may not be able to salvage the tire if it's a minor puncture, as repair shops won't touch them) - Tire plug kit (just in case you don't have a spare) - Digital tire pressure gauge (Keep the one that comes with the kit in case batteries die) - A few metal screw clamps in case there is a muffler or hose issue (Zip ties are plastic and heat could be an issue) - Duct Tape & Electrical Tape*Things I replaced* - I changed out the first aid kit to one that has a little more than just band-aids and ointment and had a separate storage bag to keep everything handy - I replaced the Multi-Function tool with a Leatherman multi-tool as it is much more durable.Summary:I would recommend this kit with a few custom tweaks to be fully prepared. Overall, it is a very sufficient road kit for any vehicle.**Do yourself a favor and take the Glass breaker / Seat Belt Cutter out of the storage bag and place it somewhere close to you inside the vehicle cabin (Arms length). You don't want to need it and remember it's in the trunk.... Be safe!

First impression: I'm very happy with it all!
Overall I'm happy with the emergency kit. I was looking forward to the seat belt cutter/window breaker & it looks & feels very sturdy! I was also wanting a mylar blanket. I didn't open the packaging for it but it looks as advertised. I also thought that a wind up flashlight is a plus and although it looks a little flimsy, it works right out of the box. The gloves are sticking but lo9k like the will do the job in a fix. I also was surprised how much the 1st aid kit had in it. The triangle 8s a little flimsy but flips into shape untracts, as long as you don't manhandle it, it should be fine. The pliers looks to be good quality, mind you that I'm not a professional tool user. Overall I think that it's a great emergency kit for the money & would recommend 👌

Poor quality on Booster cables
This was purchased as a gift. When used the first time, the booster cables broke and therefore were useless. A tow truck had to be called for a boost. Will never purchased from this company again. Wrote them about it but have not received a reply as yet.
