This is the first time I have used this base cost and it certainly does the trick! Would recommend it!

My new favourite base coat
This stuff is great. It dries to a milky white colour (which some people may dislike) but this means that it provides an excellent base for translucent types of nail polish.

Useless
No better than an ordinary nail polish at filling ridges, pearlescent milky white colour means that it looks really weird and patchy if worn on its own. It has this really awful thin brush which makes it difficult to apply and guarantees a patchy finish. It smells like the really cheap nail polish I would buy as a kid. I haven't noticed any difference in how long it makes my nail polish last. Won't buy again.

Stronger nails
Like how it lessens ridges. However, I wished it would have been clear.

Great Product
I have used this product now for over 20 years and it is the only thing that can stick cheap nail varnish to your nails, it dry's quickly, I use this product with the fast drying top coat by Seche Vite and I can normally go a full week before I have to change my nail polish, excellent product, probably the best I have every used.

Has a pearlised shimmer and too pigmented as a base coat
Its oddly pigmented and has a pearlised shimmer to it which I've never seen in a base coat. Not the best for filling in ridges but 2 coats would get the job done, the intense white colour is an issue especially is pairing with a light sheer base colour as the streaky base will show through.
