The rug arrived folded in a square instead of rolled up and I have spent ages trying to flatten it out!! It’s such a pity because the rug is a good size and the colour is great, but I will persevere. That’s the reason for the rating

Only had the mat down a day and it's already fraying. Disappointed as it is a lovely mat. Expected a bit better quality for the money.

I ordered this as it was described as non slip you put doormat out to save carpets.from getting soiled,this was so creased it would not even lay flat and nothing would make it.lay -Flat so in end I washed it and tumble dried it and eventually got creases out,but no way will it stay in place on carpet so is useless for purpose it bought it for,I even bought some things to fix under it to stop it slipping but will not stick.to underside of mat,so all in all very disappointed waste of money doesn't do what it was described to do.
