I have been wanting one of these for years but was worried I was gonna end up getting scammed and buying a fake. I used it last night for the first time and OMG what a game changer. I had immediate results and the deepest sleep ever.I did feel a slight tingling in my calves for the first few minutes so was obviously doing something to my circulation but before I knew it I was out like a light fast asleep and if I woke in the night I fell straight back into a deep sleep.I have a kingsize bed so I bought the biggest, it just about fits with the clips but my mattress isnt that thick. It recommends sleeping on it directly with skin contact but I placed it under my regular 100% cotton sheet and I could still feel the benefits. If your sheets are not 100% cotton then I would suggest you use the earthing sheet on top of your regular sheet.

I definitely was sceptical about this and at first saw no evidence of it working but kept going as I’d bought it and now a few weeks in find that my sleep is improving from night to night, I wear a Fitbit to sleep and can track the movement of my sleep I’m hardly waking now so therefore waking up feeling good, definitely worth a try! As for pain management I hope this helps eventually.

Since getting this sheet my sleep is so much better and far less broken!I have insomnia and usually it rears its head every couple of weeks. I don’t have trouble falling asleep I couldn’t stay asleep meaning not enough REM or deep sleep.This sheet has honestly changed all that. You don’t need it cover the whole bed. As long as part of your body is in contact you are grounded. However sometimes after an intense workout I will lie on it with the soles of my feet and palms of my hands touching it to bring down my cortisol.I sleep deeper and dream, even if I do wake up I am able to go back to sleep quickly and it’s normally just to use the bathroom.There’s been a couple of nights where lightening was forecasted so I unplugged it, don’t want to get electrocuted! I could definitely notice the difference after two nights without recommended it to family and this who have used it have also had results.I’ve tried everything from sleep hygiene, to CBD oil, melatonin and weighted blankets. This is the best thing I have tried.

Doesn't do anything, waste of money, I wouldn't buy this product, there's others offering 3 months, money back guarantee, wish I'd purchased one of those

This product was amazing for two months. It has since stopped working and I’m really disappointed. I would expect it to work for longer than 8 weeks given the price.

I got recommended this by a friend who used it and it really helped with her crohns. After years of earthing on bare grass and years of umming and arring over whether to get a earth sheet I brought one and really don't regret it. Sleep is so much better, feel well rested. I also had a muscular problem for about 2 years with constant physio and after a few months of using this sheets this muscular pains now gone which I feel is no coincidence. Some people will say this doesn't work etc but until you try it you really have no clue. I always would highly recommend this to my famil and friends.

Thank you so much ...here's to a better week 2 👍💖So firstly my fault I didn't measure . I assumed small would be a small size bed. Even with the clips fastening onto the sheet it's width is small. And because I'm a fidget at night I catched myself on the clips. I have turned it so the bed is now covered width ways. I'm still not sleeping through on a constant sleep but I feel what broken sleep I have I am in a deeper one. I do not feel anything grounding me like some may so here's to week two continuing with the sheet 👍
