Great stove-top griddle
I love this griddle which fits over 2 rings of my gas cooker. It heats fast, and evenly. I've cooked kofta kebabs and burgers on it since I got it, and they cooked perfectly just spraying with olive oil spray lightly.I also made what we Scots call white scones, which need no oil spray, just straight onto the griddle - perfect.Because it's non-stick, I didn't buy proper blackstone griddle tools as they are all metal, but I bought a silicone, long bladed fish slice (from Amazon) and that works perfectly for the long kofta kebabs.I do have an electric griddle, but this gives me a better control over temperatures.
