**Q: Will this allow a pwm fan controller to manage the speed of a molex fan?**
A: No, unless the fan controller is a standalone unit that is not connected to the fan headers on the motherboard, such as the NZXT Sentry 3.  If you look closely at the item photo, you'll see that it only has 2 wires running to the fan, 12v hot & ground.  Plugging in this adaptor will cause the fan to run at full speed, which will be loud as heck.

**Q: how long is the wire?**
A: The cable is about 6-7 inches long.

**Q: Does this deliver the full 12v to the molex?**
A: Assuming the 3pin sources is 12v, yes.

**Q: daisy chaining 5 4 pin molex fans, needing them to go to 3 pin male on motherboard, will this work?**
A: It should but there could always be compatibility problems, Id just get one first and if it works then get more.
