I was very skeptical about the product but had high hopes. I have lost 17 pounds in just under a month. Needless to say I bought some more. I want to lose about 8 more pounds and then I will start lifting weights again and start gaining in back in muscle.

As a gummy, this brand was great - nice chew, none clumped together, reasonable flavor, not too strong of an acid flavor.I think I've noticed an improvement in my digestion and overall health, although it is a bit hard to say. ACV that gets the job done. I have tried many other brands and have not found the relief that this gives me. This product helps me stay regular and has so many other benefits. Much rather take these gummies than capsules or liquid.
