I got this for the Steam Deck and it was pretty easy to install. It accepted the format it has done and works well. The downside is that it is a bit slow on the write speed compared to the storage device built in. However, when you only have to install it once with some updates here and there it isn't a big issue. For 1TB it is the best you can get since the majority of the handheld gaming consoles and dashcams only has room for one slot. The other plus is that it does come with its own SD carrying case that also includes the adapter if you have an older device that has the larger SD port.You can also use this for the devices that has the storage limit coded in if you know what you are doing during the formatting phase, which is a plus if you have the know how. The plastic they use to ship it has the ESD material to keep it from further harm during travel.

Purchased an SD card that did not work. Seller shipped a new one and my son couldn’t be happier. It was an Amazon return and I called the seller with a question. Even though it should have no problems writing videos on the new insta 360 X3, when this was inserted and used in my vacation , it kept throwing me error by interrupting it in the middle of recording. Was a pain to switch to my other 256gb. I feel the software in this isnt supported properly for 1tb. So. Beware what you buy.
