Amazing customer support
I'm not a professional mechanic, I just have a turbo project car that I smoke test to check for leaks from time to time. I like this product but did experience failure of the cap that holds the rubber bladder in. I went to their website and sent them a quick email describing what happened and they were very quick to email me back and got a replacement in the mail very fast. I was very impressed with how nice they are and how fast they were to help me.

Thin material
The bladder material is thin so it worries me that it will puncture easily. The product works great as described though. Longevity is the only area I question with this tool.

Awesome customer support
Wouldn’t hold air with either of the rubber sleeves as soon as I took it out of the package to test it. Tried readjusting the ends multiple times but it still wouldn’t inflate properly.EDIT: After contacting their customer service, they sent me a perfectly working replacement.
