I am finding it difficult to push the handle down the picobello s leifheit mop which i have used successfully for sometime. why is this happening?

I'm not sure but I've never had any problems with mine .

Does this model include the fitted dirt brush to lift stubborn marks?

No but that's just a gimmick, the mop is absolutely fab ,really good choice I love it

For wood floors, and particularly unsealed laminate, it is strongly advised that minimal moisture is used for cleaning. In your case, the Picobello Mop should only be used extremely damp or accompanied with a light spray bottle.
