Great book
Great book. It’s very helpful for starter chefs. I cannot seem to download the app recommended on the back of the book. Says not available for download in the UK. Other than that, very satisfied

Helped me a lot, best thing ever!
This helped me alot, I started my Chef training at work, and this book help me learn all about the basics, I always re-read this book because it never helps to be just sure of things. If your starting out cheffing then this book will help you.

Best modern culinary arts cook book.
Bought this week for collage, worth a reading page by page. Very well laid out, my only problem is it's printed in India, cheap labour. I just hope it's not another industry like a sweat shop. Made in the e.u and I wouldn't complain.
