Improved Medihoney Gel Wound and & Burn Dressing from Derma Sciences, 0.5 oz,

Delivery excellent as ever. The product is amazing, it is a small tube, but when you get great results, over night in my case, I had surgery to remove a stray parathyroid, and after a week when the dressing was removed from my neck my surrounding skin was very red and the scar felt like it was on fire. I applied a tiny amount left it on overnight and my skin was normal and the scar was less angry. I've continued for 2 more nights and it is miraculous. highly recommend, it may be small but it is mighty.

Honestly the best product, I had an open wound from surgery and this really helped me, for the wound to close faster and helped with the healing also . I 100 per cent reccomend to anyone, ir actually does what it says . Very happy 😊 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I wish it was sold in a bigger tube. The product is amazing, the honey doesn’t crystallised like other brand and was recommended by my nurse after giving birth. Love it !

I'm so grateful that I found this product!My son spilled 2 drops of boiling water on his barefoot while carrying a kettle containing boiling water. I was trying to manage it for 5 days but it got worse.. it was the size of a 10 pence coin, then I found this medical manuka and checked on you tube how to use it, and honestly I could see a big difference after a few hours! The oozing almost stopped from very wet oozing ulcer. I then used it overnight for him.. In 2 days it developed a full crust and got much better. I really can't recommend it enough for any kind of open wounds. It is worth every penny!

I had burns on my stomach due to using my hot water bottle so much. They were blistered and bleeding so I used this medihoney and put dressing on top of it and within a week my burns were so much better and partly healed

This was my own fault but this is a teeny trial size. You can get much better value for money.

This was recommended by the hospital after they had treated me for a large abcess on my upper leg.It's expensive stuff but it works well in aiding healing and creating a barrier against infection.Used sparingly once a day, a 15g tube like this should last about 2 weeks. Indeed, it was more than sufficient for my abcess to completely heal.As such, I have no complaints - but if there is a next time, I will get a 50g tube (for about the same price on Amazon or the "Auction" site) - albeit with slower delivery. Beware. Be sure to order the barrier gel for Wounds and Burns - as face and hand creams are (confusingly) similarly listed!This is remarkable stuff!

This tube is so tiny almost like a sample tube , so very expensive for what it is !Have not tried it yet, but won't last long !

We use this for wounds in the hospitals. I have witnessed chronic, foul wounds heal quickly and beautifully with medi honey! I use it at home for my teens acne and any wounds . Better than silver and polysporin products which can cause antibiotic resistance and delayed wound healing. Used on a nasty boil , brought it to a head in 2 days cleared and no infection ! For heavy draining wounds they make an alginate honey dressing that can be left in place 2-3 days. Absorbs drainage, resolves foul smelling odors , and facilates wound healing.

My daughter sustained second degree burns to her feet at work. She was beginning to show signs of possible infection and she was just not healing after two weeks. After reading a research article on medihoney being used in around care clinics, I ordered some for her. Within a day of use, the burns were looking significantly better. By the third day, the swelling was gone and new tissue was present. I'm definitely sold. Honey has been known as an antibacterial for years, and it has the benefit of not leading to antimicrobial resistance. HOWEVER, it is important to ONLY use honey that is specifically sold for medical use on wounds, as it has been purified. Raw, untreated honey can contain Botulism spores.

Amazing. I put it on my face on a persistent breakout and covered with bendage overnight. In the morning the breakout was nearly gone! Since then I have been using it for spot treatments on my face overnight and it works every single time! Just be sure to use bendage that sticks down on all sides otherwise the medihoney will come out on sides. It's very sticky. Amazing ointment and it really works wonders! Gonna buy it again when this runs out.
