This has been a godsend. It is easy to use. I have a mild case of seborrheic dermatitis on my scalp. This comb has helped along with medicated shampoo remove the flakes. It is sturdy. I highly recommend.

Pro: the fine teeth make it easy to lift out flakes from my scalp due to rosacea. It can be embarrassing so this will help with that.Cons: The metal teeth do bend easy but only when raking the scalpOverall: I love this, this is actually my Second (3rd) one. I got one last year for this reason and my wife loved it but her hair is a lot tougher than mine and it was bending the teeth, so I bought her the purple one and myself the blue one. The first one the teeth bent easy but I kept using it the new one doesn't have the same problem but at least I know that the metal teeth will bend before puncturing the skin. I'll use this when my hair is dry or in the show with Shampoo to help lift the remaining flakes and that was when I saw the most bent teeth, when in the shower scraping the scalp.

Could’ve hurt myself. It works well, just not made well. One of the metal pieces came loose after just trying to comb my hair with it.

I purchased this comb for my youngest child who has an extremely dry scalp. No matter what products I use, the hair is super clean but the scalp is just so dry it flakes and as a result looks like dandruff. I decided to try this comb which is tailored to lice but it works wonderful to scrape off, painlessly, the flakes on the scalp. Leaving behind a very clean scalp. This comb paired with a new product has helped tremendously keeping the scalp clean, unfortunately it only lasts about two weeks before I’m back to scraping but it’s better than doing it everyday. Great product.
