Just the job for the job I had
This was my saviour in trying to rake out old mortar in an otherwise difficult to reach place,

Great for small jobs but expect it to only last 25-30 minutes of use
Used on a small pointing job very quick and effective at removing the mortar without damaging the brick, particularly the perps which it would have been easy to damage if I used a disc cutter. I used the bit for about 15 mins to complete the job and by that time the cutter was almost worn out. I suspect it would only last 25-30 minutes perfect for a small job but not a large job. Might be a good option to use this in combination with a disc using the bit only for the perps and any difficult to get places like corners

Great tool
Perfect for removing old paving joints, the right depth and width. It was even able to slightly grind small sections of the slabs to keep a 10mm width. Hardly kicked up any sand/cement in to my face like a diamond tip blade would. Seems that it would last 3-4hours of constant use.

Durable when raking out lime mortar
attach to an angle grinder and mortar removal is very fast if lime mortar. Appears yo be very durable.

No longevity
Not capable of doing the job purchased for ie mortar removal. No real pressure applied but would not remove any and after less than a minute gave up as I didn’t want to damage it. Used to the letter as instructions. Easily returned
