The Harry Potter Wizarding Almanac: The Official Magical Companion to J.K. Rowling's Harry Potter Books

As an avid HP fan myself, I initially got this book for my son who is just finishing the series, but I have to admit that I might keep it for myself! The illustrations are absolutely amazing. The attention to detail is next level and it is FILLED with all the information an HP fan could want and more! It really delves in to the Wizarding World and all the many characters and places. I will say this book is for someone who has finished the series (otherwise there is information that would spoil some of the later books).

We really enjoy the vivid illustrations/artwork and interactive nature of the book. There are many wizard topics covered in the almanac. The book will keep you busy for hours. The attention to detail by the author / illustrators is incredible. I will be buying this as a gift for my friends who enjoy HP based on our enjoyment with the book.

My seven year old loves this book. Lots of info on the different characters, themes, etc. Fun fold out pages too on things like the forbidden forest. Be advised: if you’re looking for new information or a deep dive, this isn’t the book for you. It’s more of a brief summary of info presented in the movies.

I just think this is so fun. It’s well worth the money and I have had so much enjoyment reading all of the pages. It’s very interactive with some pages horizontal and some vertical, some even fold out! love the variety of artwork and how things are interpreted by different artists and the colors and the general vibe is very positive and it’s neat having the timelines that I am always trying to work out in my head. Having listened to the books many, many times I feel a few things were missed and spotted a couple inconsistencies, but overall it seems very comprehensive. It touches on so many topics in the lore and there is something in here for every Harry Potter fan, no matter their age.

I'm so glad I was able to buy this book off Amazon as in other stores it was over $40 and I really wanted to add it to my collection. Each page has beautiful illustrations and a lot of information about the Hogwarts School of witchcraft along with all of the characters in the books and movies, timelines, birthdays, and everything else you want to know about the wizarding world of Harry Potter. I absolutely love this book!

This book is an incredibly fun guide to the Harry Potter universe. The book is very well detailed and it is filled with some many fun little details that will keep you engaged for hours. I’m so happy to add this book to my collection.

Absolutely loved this book. The only reason I did not give this book a 5 star review was because the illustrations were very dull. I was expecting them to be much brighter.

My girls (4th and 3rd grade) LOVE this book. It comes on all our road trips and is always out at home. A lot of fun information and details for the Harry Potter fan! Highly recommend!
