Am i able to do full roundhouse/front/back/wheel kicks with these or will they snap?

Hello, Each leg band can withstand 40 lbs; so they normally should not snap. This being said, your body type/size, your strength and the amplitude of mouvements also come into play. Im 5 feet 2 inches, does work for me or are the resistance band to long?

Buckles and clasps have poor placement

Overall, the product is fairly well-made, but, unfortunately, has a poor design. The buckles and clasps are in positions that rub against your skin and caused discomfort. We were really excited for this product but, unfortunately, it just has a poor design.
