My heels crack very badly in the winter. I have salves that help, but keeping the salve in contact with my heels is hard. With these heel guards, at night before bed I put the salve on my heels then put these on and take them off in the morning. They are a bit tight but not intolerable. I wear a 12 [US] 6e shoe for context! In about a week or two my heels are healed and supple. I also tried some of the silicon version of the heel guard which lasted one day before splitting in two [a waste of money]. These neoprene ones are durable and keep the salve on my feet where it needs to be.

It certainly made my heel feel better. A bit tight but I’m a chunky girl so it is what it is. Nothing I’ve tried until this has helped with my plantar fasciitis. Thank you

It gives a sense of protection. The only downside is that they are not the same size. Therefore, one is tighter than the other one.

I work in landscape maintenance business so I'm walking a lot with my work boots. These things are fantastic. Only thing is the you should put these OVER you socks. DO NOT put this on before you put your socks on to wear it for the day. At least for my experience when I put these things on I would get blisters over time on my foot because it was tight against my skin and it wasn't comfortable. Some time later I found out that if I put these heel guards AFTER I put my socks on then it was a massive comfortable difference. So just a heads up for whoever buys them for the first time. I mean do whatever preference you like to do. But for me, putting these heel guards on after you put your socks on is much safer because these things are tight on your skin. Just my opinion.

This product is severely undersized but marketed as it fits all feet. It does not. I have a men's size 9 foot and it would not even fit over my toes. The product which advertises comfort relief, cannot provide that function if it does not fit properly. The other observation I made is that the pads that are supposed to cushion your heel, are very thin and small. I am not sure if the product would provide adequate padding even if it did fit properly.

I am not satisfied with these, they are very small & when I have put-them on, it sounds like the seams are ripping. I wear a size 7M.

These are AMAZING. They provide support and help to minimize pain when my plantar fasciitis is acting up. They fit easily under socks and in shoes without adding additional bulk. And you get 2 sets which is a great value. Highly recommend.

I have tendon issues in my foot. These hit the exact right spot for support.

El producto es excelente calidad pero es muy chico a mi me quedó un poco apretado pero le hice unos estiramiento con la mano y la adapté y estiro un poco ..pero una persona con pies anchos no le va a servir

These are quite tight, and I'd have preferred the part that goes over the top of the foot to have a fastener that could be adjusted. However, they do give good support and heel protection.
