This muddler arrived post haste, but just as importantly, Laura, the proprietor of Bru Joy sent a lovely email not only thanking me for my order, but providing tips on how to use the muddler, and an invitation to contact her directly with any questions or issues.As I am not a muddler afficionado (in fact, prior to this purchase I was an absolute MUDDLER VIRGIN!) I have carefully followed Laura's advice, which has been spot on. And the quality of the design and manufacture of the Bru Joy are simply top notch. I am a far distance from being a top mixologist, I admit. But with this muddler in hand, I absolutely don't have to worry about having the right tool.
