Would this be a good family game to play at my grandads funeral?

No. I wouldn't call this a game to be played in couples or with elderly family. There's alot of would you rather questions. And things that ya wouldn't play with ya parents let alone grandparents. I couldn't really play it with my sister and hubby....

Would this game be suitable for 20 players?

I would say most definitely, it is a great laugh! Some are a bit harsh but is all fun and games at the end of the day and not to be taken too seriously. Enjoy
