Stops Allergens Before They’re Deep Inside
From the woman of the family: I suffer from all kinds of allergies to plants and animals. I take a number of over-the-counter remedies, and still find myself sneezing and blowing a lot. This little tube of nasal guard product is helping me overcome that. You apply a little to a fingertip and rub it around and just into your nostrils. I think it works by causing pollen and animal dander etc. to stick to it, instead of having to be dealt with after they have entered the nose, sinus passages, and throat. I find it helps to use a tissue to blow into and wipe the area clean from time to time, and reapply. The description says that the gel has a positive charge, allergens are primarily negative, so it attracts them to stick. It’s made a noticeable difference for me, and I’ll be buying more.

Received an empty tube
Joy! I am hanging around 2 cats and a golden retriever visiting family and I received an EMPTY tube that evaporated in the box. Tossed the box and packed it. Now on my trip and still needing it. 🤬

Great for travel and visits that last less than 8hrs
I wasn’t sure what to expect from this. I suffer from severe allergies and visiting homes where there are pets is a problem. This is an ointment that you rub along the sides of your nostrils and it creates a barrier between allergens and your nose. I wasn’t sure if this was going to work and then I tried it. First off there is barely a scent, and I use the menthol one. Next, the feeling of the ointment. It wasn’t greasy—it was very light and it did not cause any irritation to my nose or my skin, and lastly, and most importantly, I have no allergic reaction to pets or dust or dander. I would say the ointment lasts about as long as eight hours if you do not accidentally have to blow your nose, or it rubs off but the efficacy lasts about eight hours. The price is a bit steep and this is a tiny tube, but for those moments where you are visiting and you may be subjected to severe allergies, I believe the results offsets the cost. I would purchase again.

Did nothing for me:(
Was really hoping that this would work even a bit but nope. Just not strong enough and my allergies are not helped one bit by it. Have a good few weeks!!

Seems to Work
My husband has developed a mild cat allergy and we have two pet cats. He isn't normally bothered too much by them but if he brushes them, for example, he will have some sneezing. I specifically ordered this product (Cool Menthol version) for him to use when he has to have close contact with the cats. It's easy to apply and really does seem to help. I would not call this a miracle product or rely on it to protect against severe allergies, but for our circumstances, it did help!

It's OK
I'm a little bit of a skeptic when it comes to grandiose claims. This, for example, claims that it can help block allergens like pet dander, mold, and pollen using electrostatic technology. The question is basically, does it work?My answer is... sort of. It looks like this can block some allergens, but not all of them. It's not some miracle cream and I can't help but think that it would be easier (and cheaper!) to wear a mask. This is also an insanely small container for the price you pay. The gel dried/absorbed pretty quickly, so that does make me wonder if it's really working.Ultimately I have to say that if you get it, get it at your own risk. This doesn't seem like it really lives up to all of the claims. Looking at the reviews for the other, nearly identical products from this company shows that it seems to have mixed results at best. Given my impressions, I have to assume that the same would be the case here. My point here is this: don't use this expecting that it will protect you against much. It looks like it could help slightly, but it's not going to keep you safe against say, seasonal colds or allergies - or other well known airborne ailments.
