Is this any good for leather car seats?

Never tried it on car seats, but very good for leather shoes, bags and hats. I would presume it would be good for car seats also.

Is this suitable for Aniline leather jackets

You could do, but I wouldn’t recommend it. It might change the feel, touch, and smell of an expensive leather jacket, make it feel tacky to the touch, and May darken the colour. There are better products designed specifically for leather clothing, a spray foam for example.
