Very heavy so be careful on glass topped hobs!
This is a great pan to use. It is thick all the way around and heats evenly. It is incredibly heavy, so if you struggle with heavy pans this isn’t for you.We mainly use this on the kamado and it works great (make sure you have some thick gloves to pick it up). We have used this on our induction job as well but you need to be careful as the bottom is quite rough so could easily scratch softer or glass tops.

La padella permette di cuocere fiorentine di grosse dimensioni. La utilizzo su fornello a gas e la cottura è ottima così come la gestione del calore

El acabado no esta muy cuidado.
Solo valdrá para barbacoa. Acabados irregulares que pueden rayar la superficie si se deja sobre placa de inducción o vitro.
