After ankle surgery my Dr wanted me to do PT at home before/during/and after I was doing it at the Physical Therapy office. This worked perfectly and has the multiple hand grip areas just like what the therapist has me use.

With the loops it is easier to achieve more poses while at yoga and work on stretching recommended by physical therapy. Door mount is flimsy and pulled henges off bedroom door trying to support weight when pulling leg up; works better on fire door or another heavy steel door like into a garage.

Look nice but I haven’t used yet

The material used in this yoga strap feels just like those used in the safety belt, study but with a soft and smooth texture. In conclusion, great workmanship and It will be a great addition to your at-home gym kit.

This is way nicer and higher quality than I had expected. I love it, couldn’t be happier. Great colors and materials.

I do pt it’s a decent buy

The website description states that it comes equipped with a door anchor, IT DID NOT. The door anchor was not included and I was really counting on that items to help with my stretching because of a sciatic issue.
